FX interbank open: majors unchanged from Friday’s close

EUR/USD is at 1.4860, USD/JPY 90.40, cable 1.6485 and AUD/USD .9145 in early interbank trade. The USD made a big comeback on Friday night, especially against the JPY where the short-term downtrend has now been broken, but it still needs to break support levels in the other major pairings, 1.48 against the EUR and .89 against the AUD, before the USD revival can be confirmed.
